This concept is designed for the new generation of yacht owners in mind. One whose yachting interests combine agility and exploration with style and leisure.
The yacht design lends itself well to navigating narrow areas, with the stern of the 8.75-metre slim aluminium construction reserved for two tenders, which can be used for excursions from the mother ship.
The 50-metre long explorer has a displacement of 315 tons and a draught of 2.50 metres. It is currently listed at the JFA shipyard in France. The interior concept is designed by Sandrine Melot and Martin Francis. Large doors and windows create a connection between the room and the outdoor environment. One special feature of the Explorer is its ability to carry a large day sailer with its mast rigged.
